Day 01 : ArrivalArrive
Delhi . Upon arrival met and transferred to your hotel Afternoon enjoy a
guided sightseeing tour of Old Delhi. Overnight at the hotel.

Delhi Old Delhi pulses with the energy and colour, the hustle and
bustle of thronged bazaars and is laced by a maze of narrow lanes which
twist and turn between tall, leaning houses full of the sights, sounds and
aromas of the Indian sub-continent. In Old Delhi you will see the famous Red
Fort surrounded by shops, and bazaars (built by the Emperor Shah Jehan - the
builder of Taj Mahal), the Jama Masjid mosque with its tapering minarets and
wonderful marble domes, Chandni Chowk (Old Delhi's business nerve centre),
the hustle-bustle of everyday Indian life all around you and chattering
voices.
Day 02 : Morning enjoy a guided
sightseeing tour of New Delhi. Afternoon is at your leisure. Overnight at
the hotel.
New Delhi New Delhi stands in
formal splendour, like a lone sentry guarding an outpost of a long-gone
empire. It is a city of wide boulevards, which offers ever-changing
perspectives of Lutyen's landscaped city. It is a city rich with formal
parks and you'll see the magnificent Parliament Building and the Rashtrapati
Bhawan (the official residence of the President of India in the 330 acres of
land and designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens), once the awe-inspiring residence of
the British Viceroys and now the Presidential Palace, the Raj Ghat
(cremation site of Mahatama Gandhi), India Gate (a majestic 42 mts high
arch, built as a memorial to the Indian Soldiers killed in World War I),
Qutab Minar (the 72.5 mts high tower dating back to 13th century and one of
the greatest bequests of Islamic Culture), Humanyun's Tomb (built in the
16th century and architecturally the fore runner of the Taj Mahal, has
Mughal Architecture at its graceful best) and the Birla Mandir (a large
Hindu Temple built in 1938).
Day 03 : Morning
depart by surface to Agra. Upon arrival check into your hotel. Afternoon
enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the city to include Taj Mahal. Overnight
at the hotel.
Agra The Taj Mahal truly
is one of the wonders of the world, and you'll see it at its best - at
sunset - just when the light, playing on the marble of the tomb and the
reflections in the stillness of the waters, presents this incredible
building in all its beauty, majesty and splendour. The Taj Mahal is a
monument of love built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen
Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. For twenty-two years 20,000 men
laboured day and night to build this masterpiece, which has held the world
awe struck ever since. Shah Jehan was imprisoned by his son in the
magnificent fort at Agra. Here you'll see the art and crafting of the white
marble that has made the area so famous, the Pearl Mosque, the halls of
Public and Private Audience, and finally the tomb of Itmad-ud-daula built by
the Empress Noorjehan in the memory of her father.
Day
04 : Morning depart by surface to Jaipur enroute visiting the
deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and
abandoned after fifteen years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful
buildings including the Jama Masjid, the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the Panch
Mahal & the other palaces. Upon arrival check into your hotel Alsisar
Haveli / Samode Haveli for two nights. Overnight at the hotel.
Day
05 : Morning enjoy a guided excursion to the Amber Fort which is
ascended on elephant's back. Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city
to include City Palace. Overnight at the hotel.
Amber
Fort Amber, built by Man Singh, embodies the Rajput belief that the
fort symbolises the strength of the King. Its commanding view, sheer walls
and rock face, and the curved route that leads to the palaces within, all
point to concern with security and defence. The fort is mirrored in Maota
Lake, which stands adjacent to the Dilaram Garden. The private apartments
begun by Man Singh in the17th century combine Hindu and Mughal styles and
the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors), its walls covered with tiny mirrors,
becomes a dazzling fantasy with the light of a single match. Visit the Jag
Mandir or the Hall of Victory, glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal and the
Kali Temple. Jaipur - city sigtseeing Jaipur is blessed with a wealth of
wonders. Here you'll see the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) with its
incredible facade of balconies and pierced screens, the Jantar Mantar (the
Observatory), and the Maharaja's City Palace. Jaipur is a city of pink, and
you'll be enchanted by the light playing upon the buildings, creating
shadows and highlighting every nuance of the architecture.
Day
06 : Morning depart by surface to Pushkar visiting Ajmer
enroute(Visit the famous Dargah of Ajmer Shriff.). Upon arrival check into
your hotel Pushkar Palace for one night. Overnight at the hotel.
Day
07 : Morning depart by surface to Udaipur. Upon arrival check into
your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 08 : Morning
enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the city to include the City Palace.
Afternoon is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Udaipur

We
visit the City Palace, which was built in 1725, and has various palaces
inside such as Dilkush Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Moti Mahal and the Palace of
Krishna etc, all ornately decorated. Saheliyon Ki Bari this 'Garden of Maids
of Honour' is a small ornamental pleasure garden which contains an elegant
lotus pool, gushing fountains, beautiful black marble kiosks on the corners
of the pool and stunning bougainvilleas covering the wall of the enclosures.
Day 09 : Morning met and transferred to the airport in time to
connect your flight to Aurangabad. Upon arrival met and transferred to your
hotel. Afternoon enjoy a guided visit to the Ellora Caves. Overnight at the
hotel. Ellora Caves Impressive in their own right are he rock-hewn temples
and monasteries of Ellora that lie just 30 kms away from Aurangabad city. In
all, there are 34 cave temples,12 Mahayana Buddhist caves (550-750 A.D.), 17
Hindu caves (600-875 A.D.) and 5 caves of the Jain faith (800-1000 A.D.) 22
more caves, dedicated to Shiva, are recently discovered. Kailas Temple, the
central attraction at Ellora, is the most remarkable. Chiselled by hand from
a single massive rock, it includes a gateway, pavilion, courtyard,
vestibule, sanctum, sanctorum and tower.
Day 10 :
Enjoy a full day excursion to the Ajanta Caves. Overnight at the
hotel. Ajanta Caves Nestling in an inner fold of he Sahyadri hills, 100 kms
frpm Aurangabad in the shape of a mammoth horse- shoe, are the 30 rock-hewn
caves of Ajanta, dating from 2nd century B.C. Discovered in 1819, by a group
of British Officers, these startling achievements took around 600 years to
create. Carved with little more than a hammer and chisel, Ajanta, once the
retreat of the Buddhist monastic orders features several "Chaityas"
and Viharas. The exquisite paintings and sculptures of Buddha's life belong
to the Mahayana period.
Day 11 : Morning
is at your leisure. Evening met and transferred to the airport in time to
connect your flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival met and transferred to your

Mumbai Mumbai a cluster of seven
islands derives its name from Mumbadevi, the patron goddess of the Koli
fisher folk, its oldest inhabitants. Once a "Portuguese princess"
dowry and later an adornment of neo-gothic British architecture, Mumbai
today, is more than just a metropolis. It is infact an enigma of mud huts
and skyscrapers, age-old traditions and high fashions, the industrialists
haven and moviemakers Hollywood. The sightseeing of Bombay includes a visit
to the Gateway of India, The Prince of Wales Museum, the Victoria Terminus,
Dhobi ghats and the hanging gardens The Gateway of India was built during
period 1924-1927 to commemorate the visit to India of King George V of
England in 1911. Its the most enduring symbol of the city. Next to the
Gateway of India is the Prince of Wales Museum built in 1911 - one of the
biggest museum in the country. The Victoria Terminus, popularly known as VT
is the major railway station and is considered the most beautiful edifice in
the city. From Nariman Point to Malabar Hill is a winding stretch of road
along the sea with tall buildings on one side, known as the Marine Drive. We
also visit the Rajbai Tower, Hanging Gardens, Kamla Nehru Park and
Mahalkshmi Temple.
Day 13 : Morning
enjoy a guided excursion to the Elephanta Caves. Afternoon is at your
leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 14 :
