Day 01 : Arrival Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Overnight at the hotel.

Old Delhi
Old Delhi pulses with the energy and colour, the hustle and bustle of thronged bazaars and is laced by a maze of narrow lanes which twist and turn between tall, leaning houses full of the sights, sounds and aromas of the Indian sub-continent. In Old Delhi you will see the famous Red Fort surrounded by shops, and bazaars (built by the Emperor Shah Jehan - the builder of Taj Mahal), the Jama Masjid mosque with its tapering minarets and wonderful marble domes, Chandni Chowk (Old Delhi's business nerve centre), the hustle-bustle of everyday Indian life all around you and chattering voices.

Day 02 : Delhi - Agra
Morning met and transferred to the railway station in time to board your train. Later enjoy a sightseeing tour of Agra city including the Taj Mahal. Afternoon enjoy an excursion to the "Deserted City" of Fatehpur Sikri. Overnight at the your hotel. Fatehpur Sikri Visit the deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after fifteen years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, the Tomb of Salim Chishti, the Panch Mahal & the other palaces. Agra The Taj Mahal truly is one of the wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal is a monument of love built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. For twenty two years 20,000 men laboured day and night to build this masterpiece which has held the orld awe struck ever since. Shah Jehan was imprisoned by his son in the magnificent fort at Agra. Here you'll see the art and crafting of the white marble that has made the area so famous, the Pearl Mosque, the halls of Public and Private Audience, and finally the tomb of Itmad-ud-daula built by the Empress Noorjehan in the memory of her father.

Day 03 : Agra - Varanasi
Morning met and transferred to the airport in time to connect your flight to aranasi. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the your hotel.

Day 04 : In Varanasi
Early morning enjoy a boat ride on the Holy ganges to see the devotes. Later visit the holy city. Afternoon enjoy an excursion to Sarnath where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon after enlightenment Sarnath At a distance of 12 km from Varanasi lies Sarnath where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon after enlightenment. Here he revealed the eight fold path, the Buddhist Doctrine. And also here, at some distance, are centres of Buddhist pilgrimage such as Patna, Gaya and Bodhgaya.

Varanasi
The Holy City of Varanasi, the Religious Capital of Hinduism, crowded with temples and its labyrinth of streets with their throngs of people, is exciting, enticing and a city to be experienced. As a place of devotion and worship, Varanasi attracts thousands of pilgrims every year. The city represents the best thoughts of vedic religion and culture. The city sightseeing includes a visit to the Kashi Vishvanath Temple, the Bharat Mata Mandir and the new Vishvanath temple. The Kashi Vishvanath Temple (or the Golden Temple), is a gold spiralled temple rebuilt in the 18th century and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The spire is covered with tones of gold plating donated by Maharaja Ranjit Singh of Punjab. Only Hindus are allowed inside. The Bharat Mata Mandir is dedicated to Mother India and has a relief map of "Mother India" in marble. The new Vishvanath Temple (1966) at the Benaras Hindu University (the largest residential university in Asia - a great seat of learning Sanskrit) is one of the tallest in India. The marble Shiva temple modelled on the old Vishwanath temple is open to all castes.

Day 05 : Varanasi - Bodhgaya
Morning depart by surface to Bodhgaya (265 kms approx). Upon arrival check into your Hotel. Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of the City. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning depart by surface to Patna (250 kms approx) visiting Rajgir and Nalanda enroute. Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of the City. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Patna - Kushinagar
Morning depart by surface to Kushinagar (375 kms approx) visiting Vaishali enroute. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Kushinagar - Lumbini
Morning depart by surface to Lumbini Upon arrival check into your Hotel. Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 09: Lumbni - Pokhara - Chitwan
Morning depart by surface to Pokhara / Chitwan.Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: In Pokhara - Chitwan
Full day at leisure in the national park.

Day 11: Pokhara - Kathmandu
Morning depart by surface to Kathmandu. Overnight at the Guest House.

Day 12: In Kathmandu
Morning enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the city. Rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13: Departure Delhi
Morning is at your leisure. Afternoon met and transferred to the airport in time to connect your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival change for your flight to onward destination.
